TikTik trends are taking over the Internet. Many of you may have heard of Cottagecore or Dark Academia. But this next bright, bubbly, pink and red heart aesthetic coming your way is called the Love Aesthetic, aka “Lovecore”. As the name suggests, this is an aesthetic that celebrates everything to do with love. It’s a really cheerful, happy way to decorate your home, or embrace romantic fashion.

What is the Love Aesthetic AKA Lovecore?
Imagine someone asked you to dress up as the human embodiment of Valentine’s Day. You’d probably find some red heart statement earrings, and put together an outfit consisting of pink, red, and white. In a nutshell, that’s the love aesthetic. Why would someone do this? Plain and simple, the youthful spirit of this style makes people happy.
When you’re a little girl, you are often showered with objects that are pink and frilly. As we get older, many women tend to reject that, because it’s not seen as being very mature. However, the fans of this aesthetic are ignoring the haters. They want to embrace the symbols and colors of love.
“Love is a many splendored thing. Love lifts us up where we belong.
All you need is experiences love.”
-Joe Cocker
Lovecore celebrates all things cute, warm, and fuzzy. Just by looking at this love aesthetic, it fills your heart with love. But many hardcore love addicts decorate their home or bedroom in the same happy colors, as well as stuffed animals and other things that remind them of love.

One of the most popular characters in the aesthetic is Hello Kitty. She is adorable, pink, red, and white. If you’re trying to decorate your home, you can even buy a Hello Kitty toaster. The possibilities are endless. If you’re choosing to try this out in your own home, just have fun with it. There is no “right” or “wrong way to implement the style into your life.
