1. Make Your Bed Every Morning
When you are half-asleep in the morning, the last thing you might want to do is make your bed. But once you turn it into a daily habit, it will begin to feel as easy and natural as brushing your teeth or taking a shower. It’s a positive way to start your morning, and it will also help keep you motivated to do everything else we have mentioned on the list. Also remember to regularly wash your sheets, too!
